Senior Wesley Enhanced Living at Stapeley Staff
David Johnson, Executive Director is a licensed nursing home administrator (NHA) responsible for the overall operation of the facility including but not limited to compliance with state and local regulations. David has over 34-years experience in healthcare. Sandy Bailey, Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director has held the position at Stapeley for 12- years. Sandy holds an associates degree in business with honors from Community College of Philadelphia. Prior to Stapeley Sandy worked for the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging. She is an active member of her church and community. Todd Hanks, Director of Facilities for Stapeley is employed with Sodexho Senior Services. He has 15- years of experience in reconstruction and rehabilitation. Todd has overseen healthcare center projects in several facilities with Sodexho. Prior to joining Sodexho Todd worked with the hotel and motel industry for Sears Commercial. Tim McQuaid, Chief Financial Officer has over 20-years experience in accounting and finance including hospitals, retirement communities and medical practices. Tim’s demonstrated strengths include P&L responsibility, strategic planning, training and technical learning. His proven track record includes accounting systems, cash management and financial reporting. Tim holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University. Ellen O’Brien, Director of Institutional Advancement has a certificate in fundraising from Villanova University, Continuing Studies Program and serves on the board for the Mt. Airy Business Association and is a Rotarian. Ellen has over 25 -years experience in health care with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Experience includes: public relations, fundraising, facilities management and administration. Ellen is a licensed nursing home administrator. Mary Salva-Reans, Director of Marketing and Sales has over 30-years experience in health care which includes her initial exposure to long term care while in high school working as a nurses aide. A communications major, Mary has worked in marketing, advertising and in radio where she was a disc jockey at several stations in Ohio, Florida and New Jersey. Mary serves on the Board of Directors for The Ebenezer Maxwell Mansion and Nancy’s House. Linda Sloane, Administrator for the Health Care Center is a licensed NHA, Author and Educator with over 26- years experience in hospitals and long-term care. She serves on the Editorial Board for ECRI – Continuing Care Risk Management and is an adjunct professor at ICER/University of the Sciences. In addition to being the Administrator for the Health Care Center, Linda does private operational and legal consulting. Linda holds a Masters of Science from St. Joseph’s University. Tonya Trent, Director of Human Resources with 25-years Human Resources experience in health care, pharmaceutical and insurance industries. Tonya specializes in Compliance, Employee Relations, Management, and Recruiting. She is responsible for providing expert advice, counsel, and leadership to senior management. She serves on the board for the House of Bread, a 503b for a religious organization. Rose Marie Vlacich is Director of Nursing for the Health Care Center with 37 years Nursing experience, 8 of which are in long term care. Prior to long term care Rose worked in Hospital Nursing Administration for 12 years and managed a Medical ICU and Coronary Care Unit for a period of time. Rose has a B.S. in Health Administration and certificates in Gerontology and Health Care Management from St. Joseph’s College on Long Island. | |
