The Utility Person washes dishes, glasses, and utensils
according to proper procedure and to assist in maintaining sanitary
conditions throughout the kitchen as instituted; Performs related duties
as required.

The Waitress/Waiter maintains a pleasant atmosphere at
meal times by serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
Maintains sanitary conditions at all times. Performs related duties as
required.

The Cook prepares nutritious, attractive, and good tasting
meals according to menu. Prepares and serves meals according to
schedule. Maintains proper food-handling techniques and sanitary
procedures according to regulations. Performs related duties as
required.

Our seniors love
visits from friends, family members, and volunteers. With the average
age of our residents at 87.5, it is impossible to spend time here and
not learn something about the individual and collective contributions
our seniors have made to their families, Philadelphia, and our country.
